He's not known for his gushing emotional outbursts.But Sean 'Diddy' Combs couldn't contain his pride as his eldest son became the first member of his family to graduate from college on Friday.

Justin Combs, 22, was awarded a bachelors degree in sociology from UCLA, while his overjoyed parents sat in the audience of the Pauley Pavilion in Los Angeles.

The 46-year-old music mogul posted multiple snaps of the happy day and captioned one photo: 'Look at my boy! FACT MY SON JUSTIN COMBS IS THE FIRST IN MY FAMILY TO GRADUATE COLLEGE!!! I'M SO PROUD OF YOU BOY!!!'

Sharing another sweet snap of Justin blowing out the candles on a celebratory cake, the hip-hop star enthused: 'Never stop dreaming or believing!! Yesterday was one of the greatest days of my life! @princejdc I'm so proud of you!!'

He also praised Justin's mother Misa Hylton-Brim, who was clearly equally thrilled, for 'doing such a wonderful job' raising their son.
