Man ran completely NAKED down public street to improve his luck… only to get arrested
A man in
the city of Suining in south-west China, took all his clothes off and
ran 2,600 feet down a busy street completely naked, to allegedly 'turn
his luck around'.
The 28-year-old, surnamed Xu, decided it would be a good idea as he was about to go see some friends, reported the People's Daily Online.
He
was spotted at 1pm local time (5am GMT) on January 13. Unfortunately
for him, he was also seen by the police and immediately arrested.
Mr Xu
thought is his luck would change if he took all of his clothes off and
ran down the street naked in front of other pedestrians.
He had allegedly been told this in the past and after some drinks, decided to give it a go.
Pictures of his nude stroll were taken by passers by and quickly shared online.
In the photos, it looks as if he is carrying his clothes in his hands - but this has not been confirmed.
The road he was pictured on is called Liyuan Street and appeared to be a shopping area in Suining City.
According to the report, he had sprinted 2,600 feet down the street before walking back to fetch his clothes.
He was apprehended by policemen on patrol while he was getting his clothes and has since been detained.
It's not known if he has since been released, or whether the incident is being investigated further.
