Heartbroken Gordon and Tana Ramsay head out for family dinner as they are seen for the first time since devastating miscarriage of their fifth child
Gordon and Tana Ramsay have emerged for the first time since suffering the devastating miscarriage of their fifth child.
The
celebrity chef, 49, and his wife, 41, were seen at Nobu restaurant in
Malibu, California, with their daughter Holly, 16, as they headed out
for a family meal on Monday night.
Emerging
from the upmarket eatery and getting into their car, the couple
appeared to be doing their best to attempt to move on from the tragic
incident, which they announced last week.
Restaurateur Gordon was still recovering from an injury to his Achilles tendon as he steadied himself with a pair of crutches.
It is not known whether the couple's other children, Megan, 17, Jack, 16, and Matilda, 14, were present at the eatery.
Tana sadly lost the couple's baby earlier this month when she was five months pregnant.
The
chef shared an official statement about the miscarriage on Facebook
last week, revealing the devastating loss of their unborn baby.
The TV chef
thanked his fans for their support, as well as the team at London's
Portland Hospital for their help during this difficult time.
He wrote: 'Hi guys, Tana and I want to thank you so much for your support over the past couple of weeks.
'We had a devastating weekend as Tana has sadly miscarried our son at five months.
'We're together healing as a family, but we want to thank everyone again for all your amazing support and well wishes.'
The
49-year-old father-of-four added: 'I’d especially like to send a big
thank you to the amazing team at Portland Hospital for everything
they’ve done. Gx'.
