A French police officer refused to shake hands with President Francois Hollande and Prime Minister Manuel Valls at a ceremony to honour the two cops killed in an ISIS attack.
As the investigation into the deaths on Monday continued, the event was held in Versailles as a tribute to the couple, Commander Jean-Baptiste Salvaing, an officer in Mureaux, a town west of Paris, and Jessica Schneider, a police administrator in nearby Mantes-la-Jolie.
