Young boy runs to embrace Governor Okorocha, 'thanks him for being a blessing to Imo State'

the child ran to embrace Governor Rochas on the street and thanked Him
for being a blessing to Imo State, the Governor returned the gesture by
laying his hands and blessed the young man."
